Lily Ellis

Lily is a recognised top 50 Workplace Leaders of 2023. She currently leads the NetApp Workplace Experience teams across EMEA & APAC in curating workplace experience to support Thrive Everywhere, flexible, hybrid workplaces of the future.

A Property Economics Graduate currently finalising an MBA in Construction Real Estate, a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of SCSI/RICS with 20 years’ experience across commercial, retail, mixed use and residential assets she has a proven record of leading teams to develop and implement outsourced real estate and workplace solutions that anticipate client needs and outperform key performance indicators.

She is recognised as a leader to innovate, pilot, evaluate and transfer best practices across accounts through community forums and playbooks. She has led her teams to win and retain industry accredited awards year on year including People Development, Client Partnership and ROSPA Awards.

Prior to joining CBRE Lily spent almost seven years in JLL where she sat on the JLL UK Work Dynamics Future Board, was a founding leader of the JLL EMEA WBN and Co Chair of the Ideation pillar.

In her time in JLL Lily led teams across EMEA LATAM and the US West Coast for fast paced technology clients, winning various global competitive tenders, and leading them through mobilisation to operational excellence.
