The former St Brendan’s Hospital site at Grangegorman in Dublin’s north inner city is being redeveloped as the new DIT campus for 20,000 students and 2,000 staff, HSE health facilities, a primary school and community resources. Paul has been involved in all aspects of the project, from development of the master plan and its adoption by Dublin City Council as a Strategic Development Zone, (SDZ), to project financing and stakeholder management.
This has all been achieved working closely with the Grangegorman Development Agency GDA and the HSE. This project will be a major contributor to the regeneration of Dublin’s north inner city, supporting innovation, industry and community engagement.
