Niall Gargan

Niall Gargan has been part of the JLL Research Department since June 2021 and was appointed Head of Research in July 2022. Before joining JLL, Niall worked at Construction Information Services (CIS) for six years, the market leader in providing business intelligence to the construction industry.

Throughout his tenure at JLL, Niall has significantly contributed to high-profile projects across all sector departments. He is known for producing comprehensive market reports, including the JLL Irish Property Index. He also directly delivers focused research work to several of the agency’s clients.

In addition to his role at JLL, Niall frequently provides expert insights to the media on property market news, trends, and updates. His educational background includes a Master of Arts (MA) in Media and International Conflict from Clinton Institute in UCD and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, Media, and Cultural Studies from IADT.
