Hannah Dwyer

Hannah is an Executive Director and the EMEA Head of Work Dynamics Research and Strategy. She is responsible for shaping, leading and executing a connected, holistic research programme for Work Dynamics across the EMEA region. 

Hannah is passionate about research and using insights created to drive strategies that successfully guide clients around the complexities faced in the future world of work. Her research spans across all of JLL’s Work Dynamics business lines and encompasses companies in all sectors.

Based in Dublin, Hannah has over 15 years’ experience in property and consultancy fields in the UK and Ireland, and for the last 12 years has been Head of Research for the JLL Ireland business. In this role, Hannah developed significant knowledge and experience across all commercial property sectors. Prior to working at JLL, Hannah was a Management Consultant in economic development and regeneration, working on a wide-range of high-profile projects in the UK.

Hannah is an active spokesperson for JLL research with clients and the media, and is a regular speaker at industry events. Hannah is a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).
