Gerard O’ Toole

Gerard O’Toole who is responsible for the provision of commercial property and professional Services. Gerard commenced his career with DTZ Debenham Thorpe in London working in their development land section before returning to work for Askon Developments in Dublin. He then went on to work for DTZ Sherry FitzGerald in their Dublin and Galway offices where he was primarily involved in retail agency and Valuation services. This lead to Gerard opening his own practise in 2002 in Castlebar which he ran very successfully prior to his merger with Tuohy & Co in 2007. Gerard brings a wealth of experience across a variety of sectors and is widely considered to be one of the leading experts in commercial property in the west of Ireland. His particular as of expertise includes commercial agency, development advise, valuations, Landlord & Tenant Advise and CPO.
