With over 12 years of experience in real estate investment banking, research, and consultancy, Colm established and ran the real estate sector at Goodbody, a specialist investment bank in the UK and Ireland. Colm led the coverage of listed property companies and REITs, providing strategic analysis and insight to international institutional investors and corporates. Colm also serves as the Chairman of the Whitehall Group, a high-level policy discussion forum of influential Cambridge alumni working in the real estate and financial industries. Colm has a MPhil in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University and a BSc in Valuation Surveying from Dublin Institute of Technology.
